1. What do you do?
I support organizations, publishers, and teams with writing, editing, and content development across a range of sectors.
My work often involves shaping complex or technical material, refining structure and clarity, and supporting content workflows for business, industry, and consumer-facing projects. I work comfortably within modern, AI-influenced environments and apply editorial judgment to ensure accuracy, coherence, and quality throughout the process.
If you are unsure whether your project is a fit, you are welcome to reach out with a brief description.
2. How will you know what I want?
We begin with a short conversation or intake to clarify goals, audience, and expectations.
I ask focused questions to understand how the content will be used and what level of support is needed. Some projects require light refinement, while others benefit from more involved editorial or developmental support.
You may also share a short sample so we can align on direction before moving forward.
3. Can’t I write, edit, or proofread this myself?
Many clients can. The value of working with an editorial partner lies in perspective and judgment.
A fresh, experienced review can surface issues related to clarity, structure, consistency, and tone that are easy to miss when you are close to the material. This is especially important when content is produced or supported by AI tools, where human review helps ensure accuracy, coherence, and appropriate voice.
4. Do you use AI in your work?
Yes, when appropriate. I work fluently within AI-supported workflows while maintaining editorial oversight and accountability.
AI can be useful for early drafting, research support, or process efficiency, but all work is shaped, reviewed, and refined through human judgment. My role is to ensure that content remains accurate, intentional, and aligned with your goals, rather than relying on automation alone.
If you have specific preferences or constraints around AI use, we can discuss those at the start of a project.
5. How much do you charge, and how do I pay?
Pricing depends on the scope, complexity, and timeline of each project.
After an initial conversation, I provide a proposal outlining the scope of work, timeline, pricing, and payment terms.
Payment is accepted through PayPal, Bill.com, or Net30 via Zelle or Venmo. For larger or ongoing projects, a 25 percent deposit is required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon completion and confirmation.
6. I 'm not sure how to start. What does the process look like?
